We are currently looking for architects or landscape architects to join our team in Beijing. If you are interested in the urban landscape and possess a strong aesthetic and design sensibility, are detail oriented, and have experience working on large-scale projects, then make your way to BAM!
职位需求:
具有 4 年及以上专业工作经验（目前需居住在中国或中国公民）；
具有在小型或大型团队工作的能力；
具有所有设计阶段的工作经验，从初步概念方案到扩初设计及施工监督；
具有精进的技术能力和逻辑的设计分析图解能力；
具有较强的汇报及表达能力。
Candidates Shall Have:
4 years or more of experience (Must currently live in China or Chinese National)
Ability to work in small or large teams;
Experience in all phases of design, from initial concepts to detailing and construction supervision;
Ability to craft persuasive, logical design diagrams;
Strong presentation and representation skills.
软件需求:
AutoCAD、犀牛、Adobe系列。
Software Requirements:
AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe.
起始薪资及福利待遇：
年薪：1-2 年劳动合同；
10 天带薪休假；
社会保险；
住房公积金。
Starting Salary and Benefits:
Annual salary – 1 or 2 year labor contract;
10 paid leave days;
Social Insurance;

Ballistic Architecture Machine (BAM) 是一家位于北京和纽约的综合领域的设计工作室。工作室成立于 2007 年，至今已经在世界各地完成了从建筑到景观甚至到舞台装置等不同类型的项目。 BAM 工作室具有深厚的艺术和技艺背景，而且不断的将这些能力综合运用到项目设计中的各个阶段。
BAM 北京工作室致力于成为中国最好的景观设计工作室。在中国，建筑、艺术和工程领域受到了设计师和客户的极大关注，但 BAM 认为城市景观是更重要的，不仅于此，城市景观在很大程度上是缺乏设计的。BAM 专注于建筑之外的所有空间，去创造令人兴奋的公共空间，从而将自然的概念深深的融入我们的城市中。 我们很高兴能在这个极具挑战也极具收获的领域工作，相信我们的项目也在真正的改善数百万使用这些空间的人们的生活。
Ballistic Architecture Machine (BAM) is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Beijing and New York, founded by Jacob Walker, Daniel Gass, and Allison Dailey, three close friends and former classmates, nearly expelled from architecture school for creating installation art. BAM’s early interest in installation work lead them to gravitate away from architecture and towards the field of landscape. While the fields of architecture, art, and engineering receive an enormous amount of attention from designers and clients in China, BAM focuses on all the spaces outside of architecture to create public spaces that integrate the IDEA of nature. Founded in 2007 the studio has built projects from ARCHITECTURE to LANDSCAPES and INSTALLATIONS around the world. BAM’s studio has a background in ART and CRAFTSMANSHIP and integrates these skill sets into all phases of the design process.
BAM developed its design practice by taking any opportunity which came in the door. Over the past 10 years BAM’s strategy of ‘just say yes’ has led a portfolio of strange and exuberant works with a seemingly incomprehensible breadth, from the design of costumes, parades, building facades, parks, musical events, furniture, to wickless hand candles. Although poised to be one of China’s leading design practices BAM continues along divergent paths pushing farther into the depths of design. BAM focuses on all the spaces outside of architecture to create exciting public spaces that integrate the idea of nature deep into our cities. We are excited to work in this extremely challenging but highly rewarding realm and believes that our projects are truly improving the lives of the millions of people using these spaces.
